Emirates is looking for 5.000 new flight attendants

The airline Emirates plans to hire around 5.000 new flight attendants worldwide. The recruitment campaign includes information days in over 80 countries, including Germany. Events will take place in Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf in September 2025.

The hiring is in line with the company's growth plans. The fleet is to be expanded in the coming years, including the addition of additional aircraft of the type Airbus A350With nine daily flights, Germany is the most important continental European market for Emirates.

The future employees will be based in Dubai. The job package includes a tax-free salary, free accommodation, and transportation. Applicants should, among other things, have skills in service management and security procedures.

The airline plans to operate a fleet of around 2030 aircraft by the early 350s, employing over 30.000 flight attendants.
