The airline has been recognized by the German Society for Consumer Studies (DtGV) as a three-time winner of the “German Customer Awards 2020/21 - a Germany-wide consumer ranking. The tourism subsidiary of the Lufthansa Group took first place in all three categories (customer satisfaction, customer service and value for money) in the discount airline industry.
