The Lufthansa subsidiary Eurowings is increasingly relying on destinations in Northern Europe in the winter flight schedule 2021/22. The destinations Tromsø (Norway), Rovaniemi (Finland), Luleå and Kiruna (both Sweden) will be added from Düsseldorf and Stuttgart.

From December 4, 2021, there will be once a week to Tromsø. As of December 21, 2021, a second circuit, which is to be carried out with the Airbus A319, is to be added. From December 5, 2021, Eurowings plans to fly to Rovaniemi in Finland once a week. Kiruna and Luleå are scheduled to start from Stuttgart on December 1, 2021. Both destinations are to be served on Wednesday and Sunday with the Airbus A319. A Saturday rotation is to be added after Kiruna on December 4, 2021.
