The focus is also on sustainability and avoiding plastic. “We have redesigned our catering concept on board and are placing greater emphasis on the origin of the products, sustainable packaging and working with partners who have the same interests at heart. By 2025 we will be relying 100 percent on plastic packaging and on-board products made from renewable or recycled materials, "says Lorenza Maggio, Vice President of Customer Experience & Marketing at Eurowings.
