Eurowings launches new flight route from Hanover to Milan

The airline Eurowings, a daughter of Lufthansa Group, is adding a new flight connection to its 2025/26 winter schedule. From 17 November 2025, the airline will operate direct flights from Hanover to Milan Malpensa fliegen.

The new route will initially operate five days a week. Between January 22 and February 9, 2026, the frequency will be temporarily reduced to three weekly flights. The flight time between the two cities is approximately two hours.

With the connection to Milan expanded Eurowings its range of Italian destinations. The route is attractive for business travelers as well as tourists who want to visit the metropolis in the Lombardy want to visit.
