The US aviation authority has reissued an airworthiness directive for the type Boeing 737 Max. This affects all operators and corresponds to a recommendation issued by the manufacturer in the previous year.
Specifically, the FAA requires that machines that have more than 6.000 flight hours under their belt must also be checked. The flight control systems have to be examined carefully. The authority also announced that a total of 389 machines, 72 of them in the United States of America, are affected.
