FACC AG has been awarded the state seal of approval for family-friendly employers for its measures to improve the compatibility of work and family. The award was presented in Vienna by Bernadett Humer, Head of the Family and Youth Section in the Federal Chancellery of the Republic of Austria.

The company has been relying on flexible working hours and all-day childcare for years. In addition, the women's network "FACC Wings for Women" has launched a program to promote women in professional life. In total, FACC offers over 300 different working hours models, including job sharing options for management positions. Production employees can coordinate their working hours with their partners through opposing shift systems.

The family-friendly measures are not only intended to improve the compatibility of work and private life, but also to increase the attractiveness of FACC AG as an employer. According to a study by the HR service provider Randstad, the company is one of the six best employers in Austria and ranks first in Upper Austria. FACC also received the Leading Employer Award 2024.
