The FACC workforce has planted a forest.

"The trees that were given to the workforce before Christmas last year were intended to set an example for sustainability - but at the same time also be a symbol of the sustainable growth that FACC and the entire aviation industry are implementing," emphasizes CEO Robert Machtlinger. This commitment to sustainability is also demonstrated by the more than 2.500 trees planted by the workforce. The campaign was also very popular with the FACC offspring: many of the FACC employees also brought their children to this tree-planting campaign. By 2040, the FACC tree planting campaign would save 500 tons of CO2. This corresponds to the consumption of around 200 single-family homes per year.

According to FACC, the trees also symbolize the growth of the company and the workforce, which will increase by over 200 people by the end of the year. Over the next five years, more than 150 million euros will be invested in the sustainable development of the locations in Upper Austria.
