The aerospace supplier FACC has developed an antimicrobial surface coating for aircraft cabins with “Pure Cabin” and wants to ensure a “relaxed, carefree flight experience according to the highest safety standards”.

The aircraft parts supplier will present the innovation at the end of April at MRO Americas, an international trade fair for maintenance, repair and general overhauls in aerospace technology in Orlando (USA). “With Pure Cabin, not only can a new, even higher standard of hygiene be achieved - passengers can now go on their trip completely relaxed and without hesitation and enjoy their flight. And that includes stowing your luggage in the shelf with a good feeling, to make yourself comfortable in your place, to fold down the table device, to set the light and much more ”, says FACC CEO Robert Machtlinger.
