With the use of experts in the field of sustainability and environmental protection, special attention is paid to all aspects of sustainability during planning and measures are implemented. Airpower22 will once again inspire tens of thousands of people over the two days of the event and create enormous added value for the Murtal region and Styria!” explains Defense Minister Klaudia Tanner.

The air show consists of a military performance show on the ground, as well as demonstrations by the Austrian Air Force, the Flying Bulls and international military aerobatic teams and participants from the field of civil aviation, an exhibition from the fields of the aviation industry, research and teaching as well as an extensive supporting event on the airfield including the Military Aviation Museum exist. The air show is also a performance show of around 200 civil and military aircraft from around 20 nations and is intended to give the young audience an understanding of career opportunities with the Austrian Air Force.
