The self-proclaimed "climate protectors" of the "last generation" broke into the premises of Berlin-Brandenburg Airport on Thursday, November 24, 2022. Some of the supposedly full-time climate gluers then unpacked their super glue and stuck it on. To crown the illegal intrusion: The whole action was also broadcast live on YouTube.

This time, the federal police should not be short of evidence, because the "climate stickers" filmed themselves cutting open a fence. A standard bolt cutter was used for this. The hole is quite large and through it the "activists" gained illegal access to the apron of Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. According to information from the airport, the site was near the old Schönefeld Airport and therefore at a considerable distance from today's BER terminal. Flight operations had to be temporarily suspended for safety reasons.

While some "climate glue" rode their bikes across the BER area, others stuck to a taxiway. They held their usual banners in their hands. The federal police and airport security quickly intervened. The live stream breaks off after talks with the executive.

Just recently, the self-proclaimed climate protectors illegally gained access to the security area at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and stuck in front of and on business jets. A demonstration was held in the terminal as a diversionary maneuver. A few days ago, the climate stickers in front of the BER caused trouble, because just before the motorway exit stuck the “last generation” firmly.
