Oneworld member Finnair will in future offer three long-haul destinations with an Airbus A350 from Stockholm-Arlanda. These are to be included in the winter flight schedule 2021/2022.

The Finnish carrier will in future also be able to fly from the Swedish capital to Bangkok, Phuket and Miami. Flights to Bangkok have been announced for October 22, 2022. For the time being, flights should be on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. An increase to daily service has been announced as of November 28, 2021.

Phuket will initially be served on Sundays from October 24, 2021. In November 2021, additional circuits are to be added on the Tuesday and Thursday traffic days. Miami will start on October 23, 2021 with two weekly rotations. As of November 29, 2021, Finnair also plans to fly on Monday and Friday.

"We are pleased to meet the travel needs of our Swedish customers with a non-stop service from Arlanda to Thailand and Miami, which are among the top winter vacation destinations for Sweden," said Ole Orvér, Finnair's Chief Commercial Officer. "The new flights will strengthen our offer on the Swedish market."
