In recent years, one destination has been missed by travelers from the region: Ibiza. Now the holiday airline Corendon Airlines is bringing the popular Balearic island back to the Nuremberg flight schedule.

Mallorca's little sister island is now served twice a week. From June 7, 2022, the range of flights will also be supplemented by another weekly Ryanair flight, as the airport announced in a broadcast. In midsummer, the Spanish island can then be reached with a total of three weekly flights from Nuremberg Airport.

Corendon Airlines opened a base in Nuremberg in 2019 and is now the largest tourist airline at Albrecht Dürer Airport. Among other things, Corendon flies non-stop with the legendary FCN jet to sunny destinations in Europe, Egypt and Turkey.
