FKB: Palermo will be served again

For the first time since the outbreak of the pandemic, the 2022 summer timetable has more departures than before Corona in 2019.

After Trapani, which is already served on Mondays and Fridays, Palermo, the second destination on the largest Mediterranean island, will be added on Tuesdays and Saturdays from March 29th. At the same time, Ryanair is now serving the Catalonian city of Girona in Spain seven times a week in the summer – previously the destinations were served four times a week. There are also additional flights to the Dalmatian coast. To Zadar in Croatia you can now start three times a week from FKB. In addition to the already bookable connections on Saturdays and Tuesdays, there are now departures on Mondays.

“In view of the difficult times we are living in, this is of course very positive news for FKB. We are pleased that things are going so well at the moment and that we are gradually being rewarded for the effort and commitment that our colleagues show every day. The recent increases also show that our airline partners are continuously expanding FKB as an important location in the southwest,” says Uwe Kotzan, Managing Director at Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden Airport.

Due to the war, the two airlines Ryanair and Pobeda had to discontinue their flights to Kyiv and Moscow-Vnukovo from FKB.
