A culinary highlight from Austria is moving into Vienna Airport: Austria's first combined Veganista / The LaLa take-away restaurant will open in the future, redesigned Terminal 50, on an area of more than 2m².

Due to the pandemic, Terminal 2 is currently still closed - the opening of the new catering facility is expected to take place with the commissioning of the newly designed Terminal 2 with the summer flight schedule 2022. “With Veganista and The LaLa we bring top local quality on board. The power sisters Cecilia Havmöller and Susanna Paller not only give the plaza in Terminal 2, which will be redesigned in the future, a young, urban and dynamic flair, but also perfectly meet the needs of our travelers with their offerings. For the first time, a catering facility at the airport is preparing meals from regional organic products, vegan, according to Halal criteria and kosher. The focus on sustainability also fits well into our concept. We would be delighted if Terminal 2022 is expected to go back into operation at the beginning of the summer flight schedule in 2 and passengers can enjoy the high-quality dishes from Veganista and The LaLa, ”says Julian Jäger, CEO of Flughafen Wien AG.
