Since 2007, the umbrella organization of all Austrian-foreign companies - the PaN (Partners of All Nations) - has acted as the namesake for the forecourt and roundabout at the VIP and General Aviation Terminal at Vienna Airport. Now the square and the driveway have been redesigned and the signage has also been modernized.

The umbrella organization of all Austrian-foreign societies - PaN (Partners of All Nations) - came into being after the end of the Second World War with the aim of creating the densest possible network of international understanding and cooperation. The umbrella organization works as a "silent diplomat" for international friendship, the development of a peaceful society and unprejudiced dialogue between nations, cultures and denominations. The importance of the people-connecting activity of the umbrella organization PaN is documented in the prominently filled honorary posts. The Federal President acts as patron, the President of the National Council and the Federal Council together form the Honorary Presidency and all nine provincial governors form the Honorary Board of Trustees.

Since 2007 "PaN place" at the VIP and General Aviation Terminal

As a sign of recognition of this international commitment, the forecourt and roundabout in front of the VIP and General Aviation Terminal were named “PaN Square” on October 17, 2007. The information boards that have been in place since then have now been modernized and on May 12, 2022 in the presence of Vienna Airport Board Members Julian Jäger and Günther Ofner as well as PaN President Hermann Mückler, PaN Secretary General Walter J. Gerbautz and Vienna Aircraft Handling Managing Directors Michael Zach and Christoph Schmidt revealed.
