The airlines of the Lufthansa Group want to enable all those affected by the flight disaster from Germany and Belgium to rebook their flights free of charge. This should also apply to those who are currently abroad.

Compared to the FVW, the group explained that they will forego any tariff difference. Those affected should contact the Lufthansa Service Center in this regard. It is currently not known which evidence may be possible or whether the billing address given when booking is sufficient.
