The new Indian regional airline Fly 91 wants to take off in the last quarter of the year. It plans to start operations with two planes, increase to six planes in the first year and add 32 more planes within five years, according to the Deccan Herald newspaper. Short-haul flights are planned with ATR 72. Behind Fly 91 is the former vice president of Kingfisher Airlines Manoj Chacko and a financial company. Above all, they want to fly on subsidized routes.
