Kazakh airline FlyArystan has successfully completed its sponsorship of a comprehensive reforestation project in the Semey Ormany forest reserve in eastern Kazakhstan.

The project aims to restore the severely damaged ecosystem in the region near the town of Abai. Since the end of 2023, FlyArystan has supported the program, including by providing 570 briquettes that provided nearly 160.000 liters of peat substrate. This was used in three specially built greenhouses to grow over 1,3 million Scots pine seedlings. These seedlings were planted on an area of 315 hectares. FlyArystan emphasizes that commitment to the environment is an important part of their actions.
