Flydubai will expand flight operations between Dubai and Ljubljana to daily flights in the upcoming winter season.

The route has only been served by the airline since last September and has arguably turned out to be a lucrative connection. For this reason, the state low-cost carrier is expanding its range of flights to the Slovenian capital. The daily rotations will begin on December 22 and will continue through the summer, according to online portal Ex-Yu-Aviation. The airline will be offering five weekly flights to Ljubljana by mid-December. In the first half of the year, Flydubai handled a total of 20.507 passengers on this route.
