The first Airbus A330 to fly for the Flypop startup is currently being painted in Guanzhou. The company published the first photos showing the long-haul jet in the paint shop. The future livery is already clearly visible.

Initially, the newcomer intends to take flight connections between the United Kingdom and India. On the homepage they advertise that they will offer the lowest prices between the two states. Stansted Airport will be used in the UK.

It is planned that the cities of Goa, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Amritsar will be served in India. The first flight has had to be postponed several times since 2019, but this time it seems to be very specific. However, the United Kingdom is currently waiting for easier entry into the UK.

The Airbus A330-300 that is currently being painted in China has the serial number 1445 and is eight years old. The long-haul aircraft was originally delivered to Cebu Pacific. Due to the corona pandemic, the jet leased from Avolon was parked in a desert for a longer period of time. This A330 is currently registered as RP-C3342, but is set to be registered in the UK in the future.
