The Food & Life trade fair will take place from March 12 to 16, 2025 in Munich and offers a platform for regional food and culinary innovations. In Hall B3 of the exhibition center, around 200 exhibitors will present artisanal products, including coffee, bread, beer and canned goods made from local ingredients. The event runs parallel to the International Crafts Fair and the Garden Munich.

A special focus is on Bavarian specialties and the art of brewing. To kick things off, Bavarian Beer Queen Linnea Klee will perform the traditional beer tapping. Breweries from Bavaria will offer tastings, while beer sommelier Mareike Hasenbeck will give an introduction to the world of craft beers. The “Our Country” network will also provide information on regional production and marketing.

In addition to local products, the fair offers a culinary journey around the world. The so-called Food Truck Wall offers international specialties, from Cuban empanadas to fresh fish sandwiches. In the Food Start-up Area, 20 young companies present innovative food creations. The Newcomer Award 2025 honors the best ideas.
