The cargo division of Ethiopian Airlines is changing airport in Mexico City. In the future, you will head for the new Felipe Ángeles International Airport. This was officially put into operation on September 2, 2023.

“We are proud to have been serving the Mexican market from the busy Mexico City Airport (MEX) for over six years. Our services from MEX have excelled in building strong relationships, providing impeccable services and contributing to the growth of trade and commerce in the region. Our move to Felipe Ángeles International Airport (NLU) brings with it a new chapter of possibilities. At the heart of this move is a state-of-the-art cargo terminal that boasts the latest technology and modern facilities. This upgrade is a testament to our commitment to efficiency and excellence and enables us to provide a higher level of service to our valued customers,” Ethiopian Airlines Group Managing Director Mesfin Tasew.

Ethiopian Airlines flies to Mexico City twice a week with a fleet of B777Fs that have a capacity of 100 tons per flight. Likewise, Ethiopian will continue to fly to Felipe Ángeles International Airport twice a week.
