Frankfurt-Hahn: Insolvency court convenes creditor meetings

The sale of the insolvent Frankfurt-Hahn Airport, including sister companies and subsidiaries that are essential to operations, has stalled for some time. The district court of Bad Kreuznach has now convened a meeting of creditors for February 7, 2023.

These take place in camera. The topic should be the search for alternatives, because so far Swift Convoy, to which the contract was awarded, has not transferred the purchase price. There is now another interested party, namely the owner of the Nürburgring. It is believed that the first decisions could be made on Tuesday.
