43 German Olympic participants landed in Frankfurt am Main on Monday under flight number LH 741. Lufthansa flew them back home from Tokyo-Haneda.

The Boeing 747-8 with the registration D-ABYA was used. The four-beam bears the baptismal name “Brandenburg”. According to Lufthansa, the landing took place at about 13:48 p.m. at the largest airport in the Federal Republic of Germany. 

Due to the Corona rules, the athletes left immediately after their competitions. Lufthansa transported a total of 815 athletes and coaches to the Olympic Games and back. After landing at Frankfurt Airport and an arrival photo in front of the aircraft, we went straight to the reception at Frankfurt's Römer.
