The airport operator becomes the first fully integrated partner of the loyalty program at Frankfurt Airport.

The airport operator Fraport is now a strategic partner and co-publisher of Lufthansa's Miles & More award program at Frankfurt Airport. The merger between Fraport and the loyalty program for mobile people will in future enable passengers to collect and redeem miles across the airport - whether in retail stores or Fraport's own service facilities, Fraport announced yesterday. Dealers and services will be integrated gradually over the next few years. Lufthansa board member Christina Foerster emphasized the promising retail potential, "with a view to a more far-reaching partnership between Lufthansa and Fraport in the future". In the past, Lufthansa had viewed the cooperation with Fraport rather critically and always referred to the advantages of the cooperation with Munich Airport.
