Frequent flyer program: ITA matches the status of 24 airlines

The new airline ITA Airways now enables frequent flyers to match their status in the new Volare program. This is currently possible for participants in customer loyalty programs from a total of 24 airlines.

The frequent flyer program previously offered by Alitalia could not be accepted due to, among other things, requirements of the EU Commission. However, status customers can have their level matched to ITA Airways.

But not only Alitalia customers can take advantage of this option, but also participants in the following airlines and programs:

Match must be requested by email

In order to be able to use the status match, the following steps must be taken: On [email protected] is an e-mail with the subject “program of origin” - “status of origin” and the content first name, family name, “program of origin”; To send “status of origin”. A photo or a scan of the current frequent flyer card as well as a photo or a scan of an ID (e.g. passport or identity card) must be attached.
