Friedrichshafen Airport experienced a real roller coaster ride even before the start of the corona pandemic. Now the airport was able to celebrate its first flights again, because the Maltese Corendon Europe is now serving Fuerteventura and Gran Canaria.

“Friedrichshafen Airport is very happy that, with Corendon Airlines, the Canary Islands Fuerteventura and Gran Canaria are again available and bookable for passengers from the Lake Constance region in the winter flight schedule 2021/22. The booking figures and the utilization of Corendon flights by the tour operators are very good and show the population's desire for holidays under blue skies and sunshine ”, says Wolfgang John, Head of Customer Relation & Marketing Bodensee-Airport Friedrichshafen.

With the non-stop flights, the Canary Islands are again easily accessible for all guests from the four-country region. Corendon Airlines also flies from Friedrichshafen to Hurghada (Friday) and Antalya (Wednesday and Sunday) in the winter flight schedule 21/22.
