After a two-year ban, the visitor terrace at Frankfurt Airport is reopening. A so-called family event will be held on March 27, 2022 to mark this occasion.

The viewing platform was closed to the public at the beginning of the Corona pandemic. From March 27, 2022, 11:00 a.m., these visitors will be available again. At the same time, Fraport AG is waiting for you with a supporting program on this day: "We await you from 11 a.m. to 19 p.m. with a varied program and a great prize draw in our new interactive visitor center, on our live moderated tours or on our large visitor terrace".

On the occasion of the reopening, you can park for one hour free of charge in the multi-storey car parks P2 and P3 as well as P8 and P9. According to Fraport, the process is as follows: “Parking tickets are discounted at the entrance to the visitor center and the visitor terrace. If you park for more than an hour, please go to one of the payment machines in the transition to the parking area to settle the remaining payment. In addition, admission to the Fraport Visitor Center is reduced at the family event”.
