On behalf of the tour operator FTI, European Air Charter is now serving destinations from Leipzig / Halle and Düsseldorf. The first flight from the Saxon airport took place on Friday.

The destinations Marsa Alam, Hurghada, Lamezia Terme are offered from Leipzig. The latter destination will be served between September 5 and November 14, 2021. Heraklion, Hurghada, Rhodes and Kos are on the flight schedule from Düsseldorf.

“We are happy that we were able to win two of the most important departure airports in Germany, Leipzig / Halle and Düsseldorf, for our cooperation with European Air Charter. With this broad line-up for exclusive charter flights, we can offer our guests maximum flight capacity throughout Germany for the final spurt ”, says FTI Group CEO Ralph Schiller.

In the coming year, the cooperation with European Air Charter is to be extended to Frankfurt and Munich. As a first step, the Canary Islands and destinations in Montenegro will be offered from November 2021. As a rule, aircraft of the type Airbus A320 are to be used on the German routes.

European Air Charter is a Bulgarian airline founded in 2000. Only this year the company name was changed from Bulgarian Air Charter to European Air Charter. The fleet consists of six Airbus A320s (average age: 29,6 years) and six McDonnell Douglas MD-82s (average age: 29,6 years). In Austria the company works on behalf of Tui, among others.
