The German tour operator FTI is offering a significantly reduced program in the 2020/21 winter season. However, they also rely on their own charter flights from Düsseldorf, Munich, Frankfurt and Leipzig / Halle in the direction of the Canary Islands. These are to be offered with flexible cancellation conditions, explained managing director Ralph Schiller.

From the aforementioned German airports, FTI plans to offer charter flights to Gran Canaria, Tenerife and Fuerteventura once a week. According to its own information, it is the most extensive Canary Islands flight program in the company's history. The connections are to be offered mainly during the Christmas holidays.

Non-stop charter flights to Salalah in Oman are also planned. These are offered from Düsseldorf, Munich, Frankfurt and Leipzig. The operating partner for all charter flights is the Bulgarian airline Holiday Europe, in which the Turkish Onur Air holds a 49 percent stake. The charter airline could possibly also be hired for other destinations. The FTI managing director names: Hurghada, Marsa Alam and Sharm el Sheik in Düsseldorf, Munich, Frankfurt and Leipzig / Halle as well as Agadir and Dubai.

FTI offers all travelers who book by October 31, 2020 that they can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before departure with a full refund. The travel period extends until October 2021.
