With effect from March 3, 2021, the golf carrier Emirates Airline will increase the frequencies between Vienna and Dubai to six rotations per week. A new feature is a circulation on Wednesday, which will be offered again this week.

For a surcharge, passengers of this airline can also book up to three adjoining seats, which then remain free during the trip. The carrier wants to address people who want to have more distance from fellow travelers. Each empty seat is charged - excluding taxes - between 55 and 165 US dollars.

For the time being, booking and payment can only be made at the check-in counter. Emirates announces that the availability depends on the occupancy. The chargeable extra is available to travelers in economy class. The booking of the "empty seat" can also be used, for example, to have more space for small children.
