A corresponding agreement was previously concluded with the four creditors concerned, which the High Court has now approved.
This agreement follows on from other solutions found in the last few weeks: The Airbus bulk order has been canceled and an agreement was reached with a Chinese lessor to terminate the contract for ten machines. According to its own information, Norwegian Air Shuttle is now able to present a restructuring plan. The court and the creditors' meeting will decide on this.
