German Airways about to enter scheduled business

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

There have been rumors for a long time that the Zeitfracht subsidiary German Airways could enter the scheduled business. So far, the company has specialized in the implementation of charter and ACMI flights.

At least since the parent company took over Rostock-Laage Airport, there has been speculation that German Airways could start on its own account. Zeitfracht never seriously denied this, but nothing has been implemented so far.

According to a report by Airliners.de, German Airways has now created the technical prerequisites for selling its own tickets. This means that nothing stands in the way of entering the regular business. However, nothing is known about possible routes. The Zeitfracht Group also does not want to comment on the report.
