A change in leadership is apparently imminent at Tui Germany. Managing director Marek Andryszak is said to be in talks about the early termination of his contract, which will expire next year.

The industry magazine FVW quotes accordingly from a cover letter to the employees. In it, board member David Burling explains that they want to push ahead with a realignment of management as soon as possible. Andryszak has been responsible for the Tui markets in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and Italy since mid-2017. He is also the managing director of Tui Germany.

According to FVW, the exit comes from the manager, because he is said to have drawn an exit clause in the contract. However, he would like to ensure an orderly transition and will continue to be available until the final settlement.
