Germany is quarantining all people who have been in a "risk area" for ten days. However, on the fifth day at the earliest, you can “free yourself” using a PCR test, which you have to do at your own expense. The Robert Koch Institute announced that from Sunday the Canary Islands will again be listed as a "risk area". So that all of Spain is on Germany's “red list”.
