The currently particularly tough Greek quarantine regulation will be extended until at least 8 February 2021. As a result, all arriving passengers must be segregated for seven days. Greece actually wanted to let the regulation expire, but the decision was made differently because of developments in other countries.

For passengers who want to fly to Greece in the near future, the following should therefore be observed: A negative PCR test result must be presented in addition to the PLF form, which must be created on the Internet, at boarding or at the latest at the immigration control. A quick test must be completed at the Greek airport. Nevertheless, a one-week isolation in an apartment or in the holiday accommodation must be observed.

Austria no longer regards Greece as a risk area, so re-entry into the Alpine republic is possible without any conditions. The Federal Republic of Germany has removed some regions from the list of "problem areas". If you have stayed there, you can travel home without a test or quarantine.
