Since March 15, 2022, passengers who want to enter Greece no longer need to fill out a PLF form. The government has lifted the regulation that was surprisingly introduced in the summer of 2020.
"All passengers arriving in our country from any destination abroad are not required to fill in the online PLF form prior to arrival in Greece," the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority said in a letter to airlines.
However, the omission of the electronic PLF form does not mean that the other entry rules are abolished. According to the Greek Foreign Ministry, these should remain in force. Therefore, Greek passengers should find out in good time before departure which additional documents – in addition to a passport or identity card – are required.
