Hamburg Airport is dissatisfied with the work of the federal police and subcontractor Frasec. There is public criticism and it bothers you that the waiting times for passengers can sometimes be very long.

Among other things, a media officer at the north German airport said: “The current waiting times at the security check do not meet the expectations that we as the airport have of the service provided by the federal police and their service provider Frasec. Despite our repeated speeches for months, we unfortunately have to state today that the necessary resources for the security check in Hamburg are not consistently available".
