The Spanish low-cost airline Volotea is heading for Hanover. The carrier plans to offer the destination Cagliari (Sardinia) once a week from May 28, 2022. For the time being, this route is to be served up to and including October 8, 2022.

According to the current planning status, Hanover will be the only destination in the Federal Republic of Germany for the 2022 summer flight schedule. However, this has not yet been finally decided, as Volotea is keeping the option open to launch further Germany routes at short notice.

In Austria, Vienna Airport will be served in the summer of 2022, but in contrast to previous summer flight schedules, only Nantes will be served. This is to be served seasonally from April 8, 2022. More information about this in this article.
