The management of the Hotelplan Group has decided to bundle the white label tour operating at the German subsidiary vtours and to close the subsidiary bedfinder. This would enable further synergies to be exploited within the Hotelplan Group in the areas of product procurement, technology and fulfillment. "Thanks to the merger, our white label partners benefit from central product purchasing and thus from advantageous conditions. In addition, we increase efficiency through standardized processes," says Laura Meyer, CEO of the Hotelplan Group. Bedfinder partners can switch to vtours international.
The bedfinder customer service center in Budapest will be closed. Solutions are being sought within the Hotelplan Group for the five employees at the headquarters in Glattbrugg.
