The Icelandair airline is expanding its fleet with two Boeing 737 Max 8 medium-haul jets. These are scheduled to be handed over to the Keflavik-based carrier in spring 2022.

These are leased aircraft sourced from Dubai Aerospace Enterprise. According to the announcement, long-term leasing contracts have been concluded for the two machines. Icelandair will thus start the 14 summer flight schedule with 737 Boeing 2022 Max.
