The Ryanair Group carried around 2021 million passengers across the group in January 1,3. In direct comparison with the same month last year, a decrease of 88 percent was recorded. In January 2020, before the Corona crisis, "the low-cost airline company still had 10,8 million travelers on board.

The direct comparison with December 2020 is much more interesting. The carrier counted 1,9 million travelers in the last month of the previous year. The "renewed downward trend" that began in September 2020 is thus continuing. In this perspective, there was therefore a decrease of 2021 percent in January 32.
