Jet Airways: Comeback still hangs in the air

The restart of the Indian airline Jet Airways seems to be a long way off, as on September 3, 2023, the AOC and operating license will be declared invalid. The creditors are now demanding that the buyer consortium should obtain this again.

If this does not happen, the creditors' meeting would interpret this as unwilling behavior with regard to the revival of the airline. In general, the mood between the consortium that took over Jet Airways and the creditors is considered tense. There have already been numerous legal disputes.
