The British airline Jet2 has again increased an existing Airbus A321neo order. The carrier has other options that come up in the wake of the original bulk order were agreed.

This is the third extension of the order, because shortly afterwards the order was stalled by 15 copies and in April of this year, the carrier communicated that it was placing the order by six units increased to 57 Airbus A321neo. Now Jet2 draws three more purchase rights, so that the order has grown to a total of 60 copies.

Jet2 also holds options for 15 more examples of this type. The British airline has high hopes for this type of aircraft. The large order is considered a major move by Airbus in the competition with the US aircraft manufacturer Boeing.
