A new airline under the name Joot Aviation Project GmbH is in the starting blocks in Germany. The former Germania boss Johannes Klinsmann acts as managing director and indirect partner. Joot Aviation is based in Cologne.

The application for an AOC and an operating license was submitted to the responsible Federal Aviation Office some time ago. A first machine was also secured. It is the former VH-VNG, which is to carry the registration D-ANDI in the future. The Airbus A320-200 was transferred from Abu Dhabi to Munich under the interim registration EI-GVA.

The commercial register provides information about which activities Joot Aviation, which was founded in the previous year, would like to carry out: "Carrying out air transport of all kinds in commercial transport, providing services and advice in the field of general aviation as well as trading and renting aircraft, aircraft accessories and Spare parts ".

According to the commercial register, the planned airline, which currently does not have a website, has share capital of 102.000 euros. Flyclub Holding GmbH, based in Berlin, is the sole shareholder of Joot Aviation Project GmbH. At first glance, this could be an indication of the former Germania owner Karsten Balke, but according to the commercial register, he is not involved in any of the higher-ranking companies.

Flyclub Holding GmbH is 20 percent owned by Spey 87 Beteiligungsgesellschaft. Joot Aviation boss Johannes Klinsmann is behind this company. 80 percent are in the hands of JSL Holding GmbH, based in Sankt Augustin. The partner is the former Easyjet manager Daniel Broda. According to the commercial register, the share capital of Flyclub Holding GmbH is EUR 31.250.

The corporate purpose of Flyclub Holding GmbH is recorded in the commercial register as follows: "Acquisition of and participation in other companies as well as the assumption of personal liability and representation of other companies, the establishment of branches in Germany and abroad as well as the operation of all business that are suitable for promoting the undertakings of society; Providing advice and services to airlines and leasing companies ”.
