Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden Airport is expecting around 2023 passengers during the current Easter holidays in 55.000. The 2023 summer flight schedule is the most extensive that the regional airport has ever had. A high demand is expected.

Low-cost airline Ryanair is stationing a third aircraft in Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden. From the end of May 2023, Enter Air will be offering numerous charter flights to Kos, Crete, Rhodes and the Canary Islands, for example. Wizz Air is also massively expanding its offer and once again significantly increasing the flight frequency on the routes to Belgrade, Skopje, Timisoara, Tirana and Varna. With the expansion of this offer and the connections of Eurowings and Corendon Airlines, the offer of the FKB summer timetable 2023 adds up to 134 departures per week, with 38 non-stop destinations, including for the first time new destinations such as Milan-Bergamo and destinations returned to the timetable such as Malta, Seville and Kukes in Albania.

With the start of the Easter holidays in Baden-Württemberg, the Baden-Airpark expects a significantly increased demand with an expected 55.000 passengers on 344 flights from April 06.04.2023th, XNUMX. In order to be able to handle the increased air traffic smoothly, FKB Airport recommends travelers to be at the airport at least two hours before the scheduled departure time if possible.
