KLM is currently still using three Boeing 747-400 Combis, but that will end on October 25, 2020. They actually wanted to part with the machines with the registrations PH-BFT, PH-BFV and PH-BFW much earlier, but the corona pandemic and the temporarily strong increase in demand led to a "gallows period" of about half a year.
According to a report by the Aerobuzz portal, which the company confirmed to Aviation Direct upon request, the last Boeing 25-2020 Combi will be operated under KLM flight numbers on October 747, 400. This leads as KL894 from Shanghai to Schiphol. Incidentally, the deletion process has been going on for over four years. The Skyteam member once had over 22 units of this type in their fleet. The previous model was even a worldwide first customer.
