The German airline startup Leav Aviation is in the final phase of obtaining the AOC. An acceptance flight by the German Federal Aviation Authority will take place today, Friday. As a rule, the AOC and operating license are issued at the end of this process.

Leav Aviation was originally called Joot Project founded. Former Germania employees also work for the company. The first aircraft registered by the young carrier is the Airbus A320 with the registration D-ANDI.

The LBA acceptance flight was carried out on Friday from Cologne/Bonn to Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden. Afterwards it goes back to the future home base of Leav Aviation. The startup initially wants to start with charter and ACMI services. Whether the entry into the line business is also planned is currently open.
