A few days ago it got rainy on an Air India flight from London Gatwick to Amritsar. For reasons that are still unclear, a large amount of condensation ran down above the passengers' heads.

On November 24, 2023, a Boeing 787 operated by Air India was en route from London-Gatwick to Amritsar. During the long-haul flight, condensation leaked from the air conditioning system. This has clearly visibly run down and may have been unpleasant for travelers at times.

The affected carrier said: “There was a rare case of condensation in the cabin on flight AI169, which operated from Gatwick to Amritsar on November 24, 2023. Some of our guests who were sitting in the affected rows were immediately moved to other vacant seats and cabin crew made every effort to make guests comfortable. Air India is committed to the safety and comfort of guests on board and we regret this unexpected incident.”
